Geary County Public Works was awarded the federal Safe Streets & Roads (SS4A) grant, which is a competitive program that funds regional & local efforts to reduce roadway fatalities and serious injuries. Through completion of this grant, a Transportation Safety Action Plan (TSAP) will be created, which will help aid Geary County's vision of ending traffic deaths and serious injuries on our County roads.
A guiding principle of the TSAP is gathering and analyzing community feedback and incorporating public input into the plan.
